As someone who has been recovered for many years let me tell you that it isn’t worth it. It can start of fun but quickly ruin a life. I won’t post my sob story, but I’ve lost lots of loved ones to drinking.

I really want to quit mostly because of health. I also get really bad hangovers. I feel like if I am out with friends who are drinking, I have to drink too. It’s not like it is peer pressure or anything. I just feel like I wouldn’t have fun. What can help that feeling?

Binaural Brainwaves and ASMR can make you feel drunk. There is one problem though. When you catch a buzz by drinking it is for a while. With idosing and stuff you feel the effects but they don’t last long enough on me to really be a party replacement. Maybe in addition. Do people really quit on it?

I can speak to drinking because I never got into it. Can’t stand the taste. I can say that you can use binaural beats to replace other things like smoking or drugs too. I’m living a clean straight edge lifestyle. Binaural beats let me release and chill without substances. It is more meditative than getting wasted but it is also much more enlightening.
