    This was a great read. I was always curious how some stars meditate. Come to find out, it really isn’t that different that what us regular people in-the-know use. Apps like IDoser, Headspace, Calm, etc. have really made it a lot easier.

    It’s crazy how much some of these modern celebrities do. Most don’t settle for just acting anymore. They are writers, moms, and more. You literally can’t live that active of a lifestyle and keep the creative output flowing enough to be successful without meditation.

    Interesting that so many do quick meditations of under a half hour. I know they are busy and idosing became famous for quick meditations but is there any additional benefit of upping it to an hour?

    I’ve done long and short meditations. I find a mix method works. When you are busy hit up a binaural brainwave dose app. When you have time do some guided meditations for an hour.
