    Quick story here. About 3 years ago I went cold turkey and gave up 3 things: marijuana, cigarettes, and alcohol. It was one of the hardest things I ever did. One of the first things I noticed was a massive increase in energy. Massive isn’t even impactful word enough to totally describe how much more energy I had after just my first month of quitting.

    It is not mentioned here by my problem was oversleeping. I would sleep 9-10 hours a night and then have long 1-2 hour naps sometimes. I thought something was wrong with me I was so damn tired all day every day. I talked to a sleep specialist who recommended I sleep less and that was the trick.
